The Well Comedy Club gives downtown Bakersfield another kind of live night out. The current calendar features stand-up shows and an open mic, making it a useful stop when you want local entertainment beyond a band set. The room is intimate enough to keep the energy close to the stage, and the 18th Street address makes it easy to fold into an evening downtown. Check the posted lineup, grab a seat and see who is working out new material. It is a fun option for things to do in Bakersfield with friends.
