Exchange and Refund Policy

(Online Shop). It is the vendors responsibility to maintain, or cancel your monthly subscription with Find Live Music. If you are no longer using Find Live Music it is your responsibility to stop the subscription. In an event that the subscription is ongoing but the vendor did not turn off the subscription and is not using the service, Find Live Music will refund up to 2 months if we investigate and see that there have been no updates to the vendor portal in that 2 months.
